Hello there, i am looking to upgrade the graphics card on my alienware mx17. i have had it quite a while and believe it is the R1 version of the mx17. I was hopping to get some suggestions for a reasonably priced card that will allow me to play the current gen of games on higher graphical settings. I have never upgrade a laptop before and have heard it can be quite difficult.
My current card is a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4870, i have 4gb ram and a intel quad core cpu 2.00ghz clocked to 2.4
any suggestions and help would be welcome, thanks for your time.
