I subscribe to Autodata and I am having problems with the copy protection. Autodata Tech support spent all yesterday attempting to resolve the issue. I am wondering if anybody here might have some suggestions
The problem I am getting is that when I attempt to start the program I get a "Time mismatch" error. I have had this intermittently in the past but have always been able to get over it by closing the error box and restarting the application.
However Now it is a hard fault. This has been since I installed Win8 (Which despite initial misgivings I am now getting to really rather like)
Tech support worked by using remote presence (So I dont really know what he tried but I do know that he tried reinstalling the application) and I have checked that the date/time in bios is correct.
I am going to try completely uninstalling and reinstalling later today
So any other suggestions?
