Suggestions for College Laptop / Notebook?

Hey guys for this Christmas im looking at getting a laptop or notebook for College.

I am looking for it to be able to:
Use Skype
Word
Internet browsing
View images
A decent screen
200GB HDD

Now I have a budget of £350 and was wondering what you guys suggest?

So far I've seen:

Pick up something with a new i5 or i3 and youll be fine

Could you suggest one? I'm not a fan of integrated graphics you see after my last laptop.

Modern day onboard is worlds apart from what you've experienced before.

Anything with an i3/i5 will be ok if you're not demanding brilliant games performance.

Has onboard changed dramatically since 2010 then? Sweet.
