Suggestions for cooling my soundproofed server cabinet

Hi Everyone,

Been browsing Overclockers for ages, but never really posted anything.

I am looking for some advice on cooling my server cabinet.
I bought an APC Netshelter CX 18U soundproofed server cabinet (Although I suspect it might be a clone, as it has no APC branding and has some minor differences to what I have seen on their website).

In any case, the cabinet is completely enclosed and soundproofed, with a fan tray on the back for exhaust.
The tray has 3x 12v EBM Papst fans on, all powered by a single 12V mains supply.

These fans seem to be doing the trick, but the feel of the temperature inside the cabinet after a day seems quite high. I would like to try and get a bit more airflow in there to try and bring the temp down a bit.
My thinking was I could get 3 new fans with a higher RPM and airflow, and just splice them onto the existing power supply replacing the old ones.

Would anyone have any suggestions on what fans have high airflow with low noise? I think the current fans have 140CFM at 2400RPM

Appreciate any advice you can offer!

are your servers proper rack mount server?

They are indeed.
I only have two currently, an HP DL380G5, and an HP SE1102.
Both are mounted on rails towards the top of the cabinet.

The SE1102 is a special data center model, and the fans are horrifically loud, hence the need for a sound proof cabinet (I am going to eventually look to replace the internal fans on this to bring the noise down a bit, but that's a separate question).
The airflow from front to back on that is good, but it is still getting quite warm, so that's why I am interested in getting a bit more airflow from the exhaust fans.

Cheers
