Suggestions for DIVX-capable, HDMI(???) dvd player (Approx. £100) please

I have spotted a few, but after reading some reports in the avforums I'm am more confused than when I started!

My options would appear to be:

Philips DVP5900/05 - £72.70
Toshiba Sd-350E - £89.99
Samsung DVD-HD860 - £89.99
Pioneer DV-490V-S - £99.99
Pioneer DV-696AV-S - £119.99
Lite-On LVW-5115GHC - £104.78 (records too)
Lite-On LVW-1105HC - £87.86 (ditto)

Anyone have any recommendations (or players to ignore completely)?

P.S. If it can't do HDMI, then component would be ok too, as it's to be connected to my Samsung LE26R41BDX lcd.

The toshiba can be had for £61. As that's what I payed for mine back in December.
