hello all, I'm looking for a high-wattage-per channel fan controller for the project I'm working on (see link in sig).
Needs to have 20w+ per channel really as planning to daisy chain 9x12cm/14cm fan on 1 channel and control the voltage to a 18w ddc pump or d5 off another, with another to dim/turn off lights. So 3 channel minimum.
Is anyone aware of any controllers with a transformer in them capable of uprating voltage to above 12v? I know koolance do some standalone little units that can do this but was hoping there's a fan controller with it integrated to save clutter (and I'm not sure how any controllers would deal with voltages above 12v - whether they just provide resistance to the input or would have trouble reading voltages above 12...)
so far the lamptron controllers (fc5 or fc6 iirc) seem decent and koolance seem to do some nice ones. Sunbeam also do some nice high wattage ones.
Lcd would be nice but not essential.
No real price limit but cheaper is always nice.
Anyone have any other suggestions?
