So I have been tasked to build my sister a PC and I have decided to have a look at a m-ATX system because of its portability (she is going to uni next year). At the moment I can only really see 2 cases that look resonably ok, the Antec NSK1300 and the Lian Li V300. At the moment I am leaning towards the Antec due to its 120mm fan and the negative reviews of the V300 on here. It also has the advantage of an integrated PSU, but how loud is it as I want to build as quiet a pc as possible?

So are there any other cases that I should consider? Beaing in mind the PC will probably have integrated GFX and will not be overclocked.

Thanks :)

I forgot about the sugo, thanks for reminding me. OcUK don't seem to be selling them at the moment though, wasn't a new version coming out sometime?

So would the sugo be a better bet that either of the two previously suggested?

If she's going to university and isn't going to play games and just use it for the internet and msn etc, buy a laptop, so much easier, so much hassle saved. I play games and i'm thinking giving a shuttle up just because its still a pain in the arse to lug around back and fourth. A cheap off the shelf £500 or less laptop will more than do anything she wants, the most you will need to do is just add some more ram because they're generally underpowered on that front, especially with integrated graphics.

She is pretty set on a desktop so thats why I am going for a matx one. Laptops are more expensive too and she is on a bit of a budget. At the moment we are not sure whether it is better idea to make a PC or buy one from a shop, shop bought ones will probably be slightly cheaper but poorly built and not necesarily suitable for her needs. :)
