Suggestions on Email filing software

Hello there, does anyone have some recomendations on email filing software (not archiving)

one of my clients wants to have emails from certain people be copied to a folder on the server (not to a folder within outlook) i told them they can drag and drop, but thye dont think the employees would keep that up for long so would like a automated or at least a system that will prompt them.

I have tried oasys mail manager, but its not really that good, it sort of does the job but im hoping there will be better software out there.

Any suggestions?
