Suggestions on Entry level Ryzen Build

Hi guys im looking to build a PC for my younger brother and would like to see if anyone can reccomend any changes to the build i put together. I already have a Gigabyte 1070 coming out of my own PC for him when the 3080 comes out and also 32gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200mhz RAM. the rest of the build is as follows.

His budget is around £500 but im willing to chip in abit if it needs it.

Ryzen 3600 non X or xt can be had a lot cheaper !
Don't skimp on PSU

• Total: £470

You can get the 1TB M.2. if savvy. There are minimal gains between 3600XT and 3600 as @orbitalwalsh alluded to. The XT has a better cooler (still noisy) but you would be far better served getting a £20 120mm tower cooler and you would still be under the price of the XT.
