Suggestions on ITX case?

I've got a Lian Li Q08 but its too tall to fit under my tv stand shelf. I need a case that can fit a full size GFX, hold 3 x 3.5" hard drives and a single ssd. Must not be taller than 24cm.

Specs so far

I5 3470s
Gigabyte M-ITX Z77 motherboard
8gb Samsung green stuff
2x2tb green drives
3tb drive
64gb ssd
650w corsair hx psi

Still need GFX but maybe a 660ti or similar

What's it like in the flesh? Just watched a review of it and looks to fit the bill nicely but does look a bit cheap and plasticky? I usually only use alu cases which is probably why.
