Suggestions on new build with £1500 budget

Hi,

Currently looking to get a new gaming PC, capable of running CoD: Cold War at a decent FPS (144+).

Hopefully can use some of my existing rig if possible (need new case)

PCU: Cougar VTX 450W 80 Plus Bronze
RAM: Vengeance LPX (2 x 8GB)
Storage: 500GB SanDisk SDSSDH3500G

I won't need monitor, mouse, keyboard

COD: 144fps at 1080p on max settings is not achievable with a 2080ti/3070 so you would need a 3080 to get there (or lower settings)
Any of the three cards above will need at least a 700w+ psu. 450W is far too small for modern machines.

Is your ram DD4? over 3000mhz? if not it wont work with new machines. Rough idea accounting for current market conditions:
