Suggestions please for 24 to 27 inch monitor for sim racing

I've been going in ever increasing circles trying to find a monitor. I could do with some advice.

Maximum 27 inch.

Budget is around £200 but could stretch to max £300 if needed.

I'd like a minimum frame rate of 144Hz (Just 'cos I read higher frame rates are better)

Does response time make a big difference in sim racing?
I rarely, if ever, play any other type of game.

I have Nvidia 3080ti gpu so g-sync might be handy.

Except for only tilt adjustable stand MSI G273QF would be darn good monitor.

Its contrast is exceptionally high for IPS beating contrast of LG 27GN(/P)850 by nearly 50%.

Thank you EsaT, I'll certainly be putting that on my shortlist. Those specs look ideal.

Having considered things a bit more now, maybe a 24 inch would suit me better. Not sure, swithering between 24 and 27. . I'll be mounting it on a pivoting desk mount so I can swing it out of the way when not in use.

Anyone got a suggestion for a 24 inch monitor? I'm thinking perhaps a 24 inch might be a little less obtrusive. (It's going to be in my lounge ain front of a playseat challenge).

I could recommend a 34" ultra wide monitor they work great with sim racing games but i would have to agree with EsaT recommendation as it's a really good sweet spot.
