This may be a little long winded, so apologies,
currently have a Linksys BEFSR41 4 port router connected to cable modem, off that are 2 cat 5s running to pc's in same room, and a cat 5 running to a linksys wireless access point, the (now) spare port was run upstairs to a pc that has since been replaced with a wireless capable pc,
in total, there are 5 wireless clients, 1 hard wired client, the hard wired also shares the printer... (the 2nd hardwired cat5 option is not essential as i've replaced with a powerbook, however, on large downloads, it's a lot faster to plug it in....)
Is there a way to share this using one unit? ie router with 4 port switch?
and as a "nice to have" router capable of USB print sharing an epson r340
Main purpose is to remove a load of clutter from room,
Thanks for any suggestions
