Suggests for new build

Hi,

I haven't really been keeping up to date with the current generation of hardware since building my last PC and my usage has also changed so hoping I may be able to get some suggestions on what to go for.

Basically after a fast and quiet computer and 2 new 24" monitors (doubtful I would need these to support 4k), be powerful enough GFX wise to play games well and cope with having a lot of programs open all the time.

I don't really have a set budget as I have no idea what I am after as previously had always gone for power/speed and gaming capabilities, so a slightly different approach this time!

Any help or suggestions appreciated

Probably best to spec for what games you intend on playing. Any particular you have in mind?

Mostly FPS when I used to play, just had a quick look at what is due out and I may just use the PS4 for games for a while.

Initially as long as the main system components are up to it I could put a better GFX card in at some point if required, I am quite impatient when things load/boot up slowly so aiming for a nice and responsive system that's a pleasure to use for work .
