Sugo PSU and HSF

I might be building a sff conroe rig for music production so the main goals are that it has to be as quite as possible.

Just wondering what psu and hsf combo would give me the lowest noise and will fit ok.

Thanks for the suggestions, for the psu the Seasonic seems to get mentioned a lot for quiteness so think ill go for that. For hsf I'll have a look at the blue orb and zalman.

What other things are you putting inside?

Nothing fancy, I will just use the onboard video of the asrock mb, 2 gig ram, big hd, dvd/rw and M-audio delta 1010lt sound card.
