Sugo SG01 build - Size check

Hello,

Putting together a new build and wanted to double check specs and sizes. Any comments or changes welcome.

Silverstone Sugo SG01
ThermalTake TR2 470W - Bought
Q6600 - Bought
8800GT - Bought
Gigabyte GA-G33M-DS2R
1 SATA HDD and 1 DVD drive

OCZ Reaper x ram 4GB DDR2 - Can pick this up fairly cheap 2nd hand, concerned about size of heatsinks though

Scythe Shuriken - Seems to be the best low cooler, any other suggestions?

Look into the nt06 evolution - its an updated nt06 with 5 instead of 3 heatpipes.

Not even sure the Shuriken would be the best cooler - that title probably belongs to the NT06 Evolution (the one lsg1r mentioned).

However it's out of stock everywhere, and the dates for stock i've seen banded around suggest August, or later.

I've seen the Coolermaster Gemini II in an SG-01.

Don't think the Gemini II would fit with the fans installed and its fairly terrible without them.

CNPS8700-NT looks to be a good cooler, 120mm and short enough to fit.

It definitely wouldn't fit with fans on, but neither would most of the recommended heatsinks for the Sugo

Isnt the NT06 a similar size to the Thermalright SI128? maybe worth a look, or the older version thats slightly smaller

It's 3mm too high, so you could maybe bend it a little, but it's at your own risk!

i managed to fit the coolermaster gemini into my sugo. Kept it nice and cool as the psu above acts as the exhaust

one thing vexes me about the new NT06-E, silverstone say dont use a cooler taller then 78 milli in its SG series, if you do a check on the NT06-E its 82 milli :rolleyes:
