I need a suit by next Wednesday - never worn one before and no idea what to be looking for, or how much to spend.

I'm in London so there should be quite a few places around, but don't really want to spend too much as I'll probably only wear it once.

Any advice much appreciated.
 
why only wear a suit once!? wearing suits is SO fun. i was thinking about buying a new one the other day. then i realised that i have no money.

aye its great fun, wore a suit into 6th form(which was ombined with a high school), walking down a corridor and little kids opened the door for me and called me sir!

somehow I never envisaged you as the suit wearing type :p
 
If you're only going to wear it once then I think the most you'll have to pay to hire for one is about £50.

I agree with the posts above, wearing suits is good fun, invest in one and you may even find that you wear it a little more often?

i love dressing up! somehow i never envisaged you as being the union-jack-shorts-in-a-bowling-alley type...but i was so very wrong about that :p
