Suitable downgrade from ECS P67H2-A

Hey guys, been a lurker on this forum for ages so finally decided to get active. I'm in the process of trying to sell my ECS P67H2-A motherboard so I can downgrade (so I can afford the rent this month). What do you guys think would be a suitable downgrade? Has to be socket 1155 so I can keep my i5 2400.

Thats about right budget wise as I'd love to make £100 to help pay the rent.

Only issue is that I've got 4x 2GB RAM sticks so would need something a little bigger!
