Suitable HTPC device

Hi everyone, I was wondering what would be the best HTPC device for my setup idea. I'm looking for a small form factor PC, NUC, compute stick that can be turned on/off using a remote/wireless keyboard and mouse but that has enough power to stream media, watch videos online using Netflix etc and act as a general PC. I have a very limited budget for this as it is just a test idea at the moment (£30-£60)

Any help is greatly appreciated as always and I know this is a big request for such a cheap setup

You can get Android TV boxes that run KODI. Think they are around £30. Remotes come with some versions.

You can get Android TV boxes that run KODI. Think they are around £30. Remotes come with some versions.

I have been looking at some of these boxes but their OS and in some cases root access prevents me using some of the apps I would want to (SkyGO, NowTV etc)
