Thanks for all the recommendations as they were all good. I have RMA'ed the G5 and should be receiving a Razer DeathAdder and Razer eXactMat tomorrow. While I was at I decided to replace my 7 year old microsoft keyboard with a Saitek Eclipse 2 keyboard.

So now that I have spent a fortune on shi.....t hot peripherals all I need to do now is learn how to play WASD style because arrow keys are not the best for MMO's. I have to move the keyboard over every time I want to type something. That why my old guild always thought I was the strong silent type

I having been playing Clear Sky this evening with a new Razer Deathadder and eXactMat after sending back the G5 and wow what an improvement. The tracking is incomparable with the razer and the pad feels just right.

Should have got a QCK+ or heavy to be honest

The QcK Heavy is definately the pad to go for if you want something that covers a big space. Most people don't have a large desk though. It depends on your requirements.
