Suitable RAMs for E9450?

I am looking to find right rams for Q9450 processor with fsb of 1333mhz. Would 667mhz rams be sufficient? Could the performance can be improved with 800mhz rams?

667mhz will be fine if not overclocking, tho 800mhz is just as cheap these days.
