I completely agree with him, players imo should be paid in relation to the games they play and how well they perform. £20-£30,000 a week, although on the lower scale of wages in the Premiership is still a hell of a lot of money to be paying some players who just don't turn up mentally for a game. And I really don't buy into the reason for high wages that the money has to go somewhere... I could think of plenty of ways to put money back into a club rather than the players and directors pockets.
