Summer Beef recipe

I bought some stewing steak in M&S at the weekend and it needs to be cooked today.

I want to do something summery with it (not a heavy stew)

Any ideas?

Had a smell of it and thought I would get another day out of it. Going to do a Rendang with it tonight.
