I just did a search and apparently the current version of my gloves are Dainese Guanto X-ILE gloves. They're supermoto style gloves and they look to be this year's model of mine, which I've never really known the name of.
They were £50 and are my go-to summer glove, but some people like something with more of a cuff. I find them comfier this way personally.

Go for ones that offer a fair bit of protection as it's always your arms and legs that you reach out with first - it's instinct so spend more on these as these will take the most damage if you come off.

I have a pair of Richa (south yorkshire police issue) gloves. Spot on. Really comfy and fantastic protection.
They look almost exactly the same as the RST gloves I wear. It depends what you're doing - maybe a little bit of overkill if you're pootling round on a scooter or a Van Van, but if you're pushing on a bit, this is the kind of glove you want.
The Alpinestars 365 gtx glove is about as good a waterproof summer glove you will find, I loved mine, but they cut my RH one off after my accident, I will get some more though at some point, or write to Alpinestar and kiss ass about how good their glove was and see if they will give me a spare

swift professional. crashed 12 times in one set of gloves! didn't break anything except an already weak wrist. good protection where it should be and good quality leather. 
would recomend scott gloves but they lasted a month (and you wouldn't get them that cheap unless you go the show at nec or bmf)and got wiped out in first crash lol. admittedly i broke most of my knuckles and damaged most of my nerves so would have been interesting to see how my hands would have been in lesser gloves lol.
