Summer Transfer Window 22/23

Liverpool were one step ahead of the game when they sold the Coutinho transfer debt to a bank. I hate to think what interest rate clubs will have to pay to do that with Barca these days.
 
Neco Williams looks like he's close to joining Forest for £16m. A good deal for everybody - with Trent around he's never getting a look-in for us and he's too good to just play the League Cup football and that's a tidy fee.
 
Because nobody is elected president and or remains president of Barca without signing big names. Barca can't afford to sign a big name in their prime so instead sign aging ones.
 
Quite surprised City sold Sterling to Chelsea...so technically strengthening a rival. Unless they feel they aren't a threat? :p

I hope it works out for him as he is a decent player. People sometimes forget how up and down he was at Liverpool but his stats at City speak for themselves.

Would it be that bad? I like him, but I haven't seen any signs that he'll actually grow into a decent team player.

We definitely need better options on the wings, Murphy's average, Miggy can't football and Maxi won't cross/pass the ball.

You could argue he was the same at man city with all the diving :p

He was up and down for us, but one element of his game that I feel hasn't changed even at city is he still needs far too many chances to actually score.

Even then half time they seem lucky e.g. bounce off his shin, ass etc
