Summer Transfer Window 23/24

Ornstein reporting Southampton have rejected our opening bid - not sure he constitutes guff or not though Baz :p
That'll teach me for doubting the pound shop Romano. Like a broken clock he was bound to be right eventually, he's been posting updates about Lavia all summer.

From a purely football point of view it would make sense but in 12 months you're probably still going to need to sign another CM and you're not getting close to £40m for Fab, not unless he's found his legs over the summer.
I agree, although the difference between having an experienced DM like Fabinho could be the difference between 4th place and missing out. Even if his value halves in the next season, I think £20m to have him stick around rather than finding a replacement in a season where we've already rebuilt the rest of the midfield is probably worthwhile.

Darlow to Leeds.

Was set for Bournemouth but Leeds have come in with a bigger offer.

That’s about 60million in sales since January from the sales of Maxi, Wood, Darlow, Jonjo and sell on fee on Mitro if it goes though. Every little helps :D

I didn’t think we had a sell on fee for Mitro, Ashley never put sell on fees into deals

Wearside in turmoil

Massive cope plus obsession as usual from you, situations are entirely different as explained earlier in the thread :)

Got some evidence of mackems petitioning for this deal to go through or claiming it's affecting wor mental health etc?
