Summer Transfer Window 23/24

We've been caught off guard with Henderson and Fabinho both leaving but ultimately we accepted the bids and should have acted by now. I think we were hesitant on Lavia because of his age and the fact we have Bajcetic who's a similar age but isnt valued anywhere near what Lavia is hence their reluctance to pay the 50 mil Southampton wanted but ultimately if you want a player you have to pay the price.

It isnt just Liverpool that will face this issue with Chelsea as Arsenal have found out themselves. They are offering bumper salaries over 8 + years. Thats going to be very appealing to players at the start of their career.
Where did you read we‘re dishing out 8 year contracts?

Ok my mistake, chill your beans. I know your club is a shambles but no need to take it out on me
Not even that bothered about Lavia, said when our initial interest was known and southampton wanted 50 million it was too much - hell we were all saying the initial 40million was too much on the guy

Fancy going to Chelsea, every recent signing has either flopped or has been sold a few years later. Spent 100's of millions on keepers who aren't there anymore. 8 year deals with an extra year option, lol, be surprised if 3/4's of this team is still there in 2025. Only Reece James and Lukaku will be left.

This will be hilarious when in comes crashing down round Football manager Todd's feet.

They have a decent manager now though. And people forget that they won the CL a couple of years back! I reckon they'll be good this season.
