Matt Doherty is not "very much British" IMO, he's not British nationality, he plays for a country that isn't British and wasn't even born in Britain.Doherty, Davies, Skipp and Rodon all ineligible, all very much British

That’s disgusting, how can they possibly rate him, he’s awful.Arsenal have approached Chelsea for Havertz.
That’s how I rate the Pickford rumours for us. I just don’t want it to happen…. Ever, ever, ever! That’s disgusting, how can they possibly rate him, he’s awful.
I think it will happen. Just got to hope he thrives in Artetas system. Tbf, most Chelsea players have looked abysmal this season. That’s how I rate the Pickford rumours for us. I just don’t want it to happen…. Ever, ever, ever!
I think he'd offer rotation for all of Odegaard, Jesus, and Xhaka's replacement, plus Martinelli (in that Jesus could move wide when he's rested). Or he might just be Xhaka's replacement.Where would he even play for Arsenal?
Gallas was decent until he had his little sulk. Cech was fine. I'd argue that David Luiz wasn't as awful as people have make him out to be - he brought leadership and was solid except when he wasn't, and then he really wasn't.Previously chelsea signings have been abysmal for arsenal however jorginho broke the mold and was really good end of the season. Hopefully havertz follows suit
Hmm still not convincedMatt Doherty is not "very much British" IMO, he's not British nationality, he plays for a country that isn't British and wasn't even born in Britain.
I'm not sure if the rules are different with UEFA but overseas loans still count towards homegrown status with the PL. Taiwo Awoniyi is listed as homegrown on Forest's PL squad list - he was signed by Liverpool at the age of 17(?) but spent 6 years on loan overseas as he couldn't get a work permit to play here.I thought loans weren't included, so has to be 3 years without loans before 21. If you'd loaned him to an English club he'd be homegrown for England but not Arsenal specifically for CL. So Saliba won't count because he's only spent one year in England. He's French homegrown and club homegrown to Saint-Etienne. Martinelli will be though because he's spent that time at Arsenal.
Puke Edwards loves to wind up Newcastle fans but I believe he does have good sources with regards to transfers. Only one to call Gordon early.
McTominay for me, like.
Diarra was fine IMO, and we made a profit on him.Previously chelsea signings have been abysmal for arsenal however jorginho broke the mold and was really good end of the season. Hopefully havertz follows suit
Two completely different players. You bored of Szoboszlai already?
