It's going to cost more than 150 million to get rice and havertz alone, if you were looking to sign those 3 then that's the best part of 250 million

Rice isn’t coming. West Ham are insisting too big an upfront fee for us to pay. They’re holding all our bids off in the hope City or Utd come in with silly money. It’s a risky tactic that could backfire and end up with them losing him for nothing next year.

I believe they have a 1 year extension in there which they can trigger
 
sounds like partey could be off to the saudi league also - he only has one year on his contract but hopefully they pay a nice transfer fee if he leaves

The thing is with Rice yeah the fee is big but arguably he is worth that to us. Without him we probably would have went down this year which costs us more than 100 million.
