Summer Transfer Window 23/24

It provides good visual representation of where United are currently. In the basement somewhere with lots of **** thrown about the place, a fair bit of old tat lingering around but someone with a full wallet that they're setting on fire.

And a football, to remind everyone that they're at a football club, not a commercial organisation.
Im not sure I’ve seen you say a good word about the club you supposedly support.

There is a lot of potential but it's wasted through nothing but incompetence! That's what is frustrating.

I am a big fan of ETH though, give him what he needs and we'll be 'reet.

Onana gives me Edouard Mendy vibes
When he is good, Onana is very good but he is prone to terrible lapses in judgement that causes goals to be conceded. Frankly, if I was Utd I'd be focusing more on Raya than Onana. I have the suspicion that Onana will be subject to some terrible howlers next season, especially against the pace of the EPL and some of the forwards in the league.

Biggest issue we are going to have this summer is finding a CF that is available and doesn't cost the earth. GK should be OK. There are quite a few good keepers about we could buy. Strikers not so much.
Isnt the strongest striker link that 1 in 3 danish fella for 40 million plus?

Yeah he does seem to have mistakes in him but so does DDG. He is super confident as well which is vital for a United no1. DDG has made plenty of big mistakes recently as well. He doesn't save as many shots as he should as well because his positioning is poor. Onana would be a big upgrade even if he does make a few mistakes. People underestimate how important and progressive keeper is to the top sides these days. It enables the whole team to play a different style of football.

You could see in the CL final how useful he was in breaking Citys press. DDG has an astonishing ability to pick out the opposition with every pass over 10m. Having someone who can pick a pass from deep is vital.

Hojlund. Yeah he is but its all a bit vague at the moment. Not many other options it seems. Kane is Bayern bound or will be at Spurs until next summer. Osimhen is going to cost £100m+.

There honestly is a bit a drought of elite strikers at the moment.

This. I have lost count of the number of times this has occurred over the years. I am literally surprised if any of our players receive the ball from a DDG long pass.

We all know that, I’ve just noticed that pretty much every post is you talking down about the club.

Last season was a positive one less of the doom and gloom.

Not really, we were all saying when eth was appointed that ddg wouldn't enable you lot to play as he wanted, that's part of the reason the Pickford links were so funny when they started. Shame theres nothing concrete about them :D

Given how prices seemed to have jumped again and 60 million doesn't really get you a huge amount if you want a decent striker you'll have to throw the cash around

So, when do we get to hear what Arsenal fans predictions are for next season. Got to be some serious silverware at some point after a few years of big spending.
