Summing up a letter of resignation in a meme...

So I'm just writing my letter of resignation to my boss, and considered the whole "a picture is worth a thousand words" thing. He's a big meme fan and has a pretty good sense of humour, an I'm considering attaching one to the letter...

Suggestions?

It won't backfire dude, we already had "the talk" I'm just doing the written bit so he has it on file. An as for it backfiring, he's a racist German guy that constantly makes nazi jokes...I think I'll be fine

Just send a normal boring email, thanking him for your employment / guidance whatever.

-However, you could go out with a bang. One guy that left the last company I worked for. I see what your saying about the bridges but honestly it won't be an issue, but that is solely down to the type of guy he is.

As for the second point, there are only 8 of us in the company, 6 of which are guys, so even if I had been it wouldn't be much of a list

Exactly. If I thought there was any way he wouldn't appreciate this I wouldn't do it.

I'll pick one from here when I hand my letter over on Monday. The official talk/resignation has already happened so I'm sorted on that front.

An of course I'll tell you what he said. Though I am pondering doing the Hitler video, it was a good suggestion

This was the winner for me, handed the letter over and he thought it was hilarious

I've also sent over a few others, and Bad Luck Brian was his favourite. Hopefully it hasn't given him any ideas.... I'd like my paycheque for next month.

Now we just wait to see if there is a reply..
