Hi.
I have placed an order this afternoon for an item that was said will be delivered Sunday 28th if order in the next x minutes.
Did not yet received any shipment mail notification so far.
 
It is fine. At least Tuesday I can claim back the Sunday delivery charge, although why would you advertise it if you cant fulfill it?
It involves people, sometimes they make mistakes. Maybe there were too many last minute orders to process, people off sick, your order didn't go through properly. I've seen that all happen and many other possibilities.

I always tell people, you might see some fancy interface but behind all this technology are just people propping it all up. I'm sure a lot of senior managers think "it just works" :cry:
 
i will wait till tomorrow as i paid Sunday 28th delivery as stated in the item description.

I think this has been spoke about before on here, chances are you won’t get it despite paying for Sunday delivery.

They need to change the wording on the website as I’m fairly sure there’s a cut off period on a Friday.

Go send a webnote or give them a call to follow it up.

They screwed mine up. An order worth a little under 2 and a half grand. That's a big mistake in my eyes and the last time I spend any money here. Second time in a row. Last one was a thousand and six hundred. Pathetic service.

It is a shame as it was a last-minute birthday present.
