Sunnis Harrier 125 flywheel seized.

Hi guy I recently just got a Sinnis harrier 125 that had been sitting for 6 months and have been trying to start it over the past couple of days I tried to start it last night and it wouldn’t come to life the flywheel was moving fine until it just seized and the battery died it has been on charge all night and tried to run it this morning and the flywheel is still not moving does anyone know what could have caused this and what I can do to start up the scooter.

Flywheels don't seize, if it's not turning the engine could well be seized.

Take the CVT cover off, stick a socket on the crank and rotate it gently and see how it feels. Sounds to me like it's seized.
