I went up in to Derbyshire Sunday night to get some sunset pictures so I thought I'd share the results :)

I was cursing the 5.30am flight until when went over the clouds and seen that!

I was so happy to be able to capture it as well!

You should have heard everyone in the plane, as soon as we get through the clouds the entire cabin went "Ooooooooooo"

Then the pilot came over the speaker and said "You Panto Crowd"

BEST FLIGHT EVER!
 
^^ nice sky, but IMO theres no real focus point and nothing in the foreground to grap you.

That sunrise shot from the plane is sweet.

Knowing my luck I would have been sat in the seat next to the window that was all scratched up by some asbo lov'in yardy!!!
 
Some great shot here, Sunsets are definatley my favourite subject matter.

I love sunset pictures. I cant help myself whenever I see a lovely sunset. I tried one last night as there was a lovely red tint to all the clouds but the pics didnt work :(
