Supcom Fa problem

Hi recently reinstalled supcom FA on and now it wont start at all.This problem started once i started updating the game via GPGnet.It loaded fine before the updates but now nothing it wont run at all not even in safe mode.I cant understand why because that patched version worked fine before i reformatted my computer.

Any ideas ?

Did you patch it all the way to the most upto date version with no problems... did the patcher stop mid patch at all??
 
I updated it via GPG direct from a fresh install from the game cd all the way up to the latest patch.It updated fine from what i can tell no visible problems with the update process no pausing or errors.

Ive tried checking cleaning the registry defraged hd and then reinstalled it updated it but still the same problem.It must be the patch but it doesnt say any errors whilst patching.

any other ideas ?
 
It might be an idea to try and force a patch check using the GPG.PatchCheck.exe util in your gpnet dir.

E.D.I.T.: If you were running two monitors before, make sure you have to monitors set up after the reinstall. I'd also suggest msging MadBoris on the SupCom tech forums about this as he seems to know everything about SupCom and its inner workings :p
