Super flower Golden Green, do the sockets provide differnt voltages?

I have one of these in my system and my gfx card is powered by the bottom left socket.

I want to plug another gfx card in and have all the top sockets available, does it matter which I use?

Are some 12v and others not?

They are what they call "universal sockets" and yes, you can plug any of your cables into any of the sockets.
