Super mario world on DS: query

Is there any way to change the buttons round on this? B is run but its in a horrible position to hold it down and press A to jump as well. Much rather have X as run but I cant see an option to make it possible (dont think the advance had X/Y buttons did it?).

Anyone got any clue?

Do you mean New Super Mario Bros. or Super Mario 64 DS? I know you can switch controller configs in both.

i mean super mario advance 2: super mario world. Gameboy advance game. Playing it on my DS.
