super mario world (snes) question

It is rumoured that it depends on the time and how many coins you have picked up. The last time I played it, I tried going as quickly as possible through, and also picking up all coins on each part. It was quite a while ago now though, so I can't actually remember if it worked.

The level I thought was almost impossible was the one in Special World (or whatever it was called, lol) where you had to keep jumping across and be a master at controlling your caped crusader to bounce off those springy stools and stuff. I remember repeatedly bugging my friend to take my cartridge and help me do that level!

Some levels were atrocious! Butter bridge absoloutley did my nut, altho some peeps had no probs
