SUPER Multithreaded

I would normally use the search, but I can't at the moment... for obvious reasons.

So basically, are there any free multiformat encoders (like SUPER) that work properly with dual core processors?

It mainly needs AVI/MPG, but something like SUPER which can do almost everything would be fantastic.
