Anyone know when its to be released on pc.

Also i wonder why its a full game when characters could have been just added through dlc. Although i supose they have cinematics to go with em but shouldnt been too big of a dl just for new characters unless all characters had new cinematics.

Capcom have said they haven't planned a PC release so no one can say for sure if/when they will be releasing it.

It's not just new characters, it's new game modes, new intro cinematics, new menus, improved netcodes, improved AI, new challenges, a second ultra for all characters and every character has had their moveset tweaked slightly to improve balance.

If they were to release it as DLC it would completely fracture the playerbase between those that own it and those that don't, the differences are too large.

[EDIT] Oh and, apparently piracy is one of the things that's put the PC release of SSFIV in jeopardy. So much for the 'if you gave us a well coded port we'd buy it' argument.

There may be a chance as Capcom are going to release SSF4 in the arcades over the next few months. As the arcade version is runs on a Windows PC anyway and all it requires is a simple hard drive swap from the original SF4. So you never know…………

Sadly it isn't quite as simple as that for the conversion to PC though. The arcade units all have the same hardware, they'd still need to do a hell of a lot of work to get it from arcade to PC due to the massive array of possible hardware combinations.

And have been holding out for this version.

We always knew that most pirates are just full of excuses.

just get it on 360 tbh, i brought the first on pc but saw sense and got ssf4 on 360.

capcom may never choose to release it on pc - cant blame them , pirates are whores.
