hi i have a multisyncEA294wmi monitor and it is great, but i noticed in bf4 that when you just stand there looking at the screen the whole picture looks fine, but when you turn things in the outer edge like trees ect seem to stretch, 2560 x 1080 is the resolution i play at, should this be happening, granted i tend not to notice in a battle but sometimes it is like being in a space suit or gold fish bowl, its like 1920 x 1080 but with the extra on the sides stretching to make it look wider, it is only when i turn in the game, it must be a few inches of the screen stretching, i loaded skyrim and that does not do the same, it plays perfectly with flawless widescreen app....

I've managed to replicate this. Trees always look slightly larger at the sides of the screen compared to the centre. It happens to varying degrees at every resolution but seems most noticeable at 2560 x 1080, a perspective thing in the game. Sometimes the game seems to get confused and ramps up this effect massively so the trees appear to warp completely. Try switching back to 1920 x 1080 then to 2560 x 1080 (maybe a couple of times).

I reduced the field of view from 120% to about 90% and that did reduce the stretching abit, but to be honest I couldn't tell the difference between the fov at 120 or 90 isn't this supposed to give you more screen area to view, is it me or bf4 not working properly, the loading screens and map are all bordered in game and that makes me think that is the real screen size...
