:) had to rma my memory which i couldn't get to run at it's stated speed.
Spoke to a guy in tech support on wed morn, posted it off wed dinner by special delivery.
Reading through my mails on thursday evening had one saying memory shipped already.
Now i hope it's a new pair of sticks so i know they were holding my oc'ing back but what fantastic service.
I've been buying stuff from these guys for years without a problem so was a little unsure of the rma service.

Im hopeing it goes the same way for me as ive had to just send back some ram via rma. hope im set back a new set as the returned stuff didnt like 2 of my machines. First time ive had to return anything as well and OCUK support responded very quickly to my query.
 
I have been a quality engineer now for over 20 years, I have travelled all over the world checking the standards of every type of company.

OCUK, in my opinion stands out from the crowd. A great selection of computer parts, fantastic web site, friendly, efficient, prompt, knowledgeable and very competitively priced.

Carlsberg dont do computer shops, but if they did they'd be OCUK.

PS. Just received Apex Ultra+. Another returning customer. Well done.
 
I'll just add that I bought my kit for my upgrade from UK, Belgium and France (i live in Belgium) ordered the OC kit last and it arrived 1st :D

Funnily enough the Belgian kit was slowest to arrive and I ordered it a day sooner than the rest.
