.....is this cable capable of handling Gigabit LAN?

Never heard of that brand, and would recommend really high quality CAT5E Cable/Connectors for running Gigabit - well for running any network to be honest.

But in answer to your question, to my knowledge all CAT5E are capable of doing it, just depends on the quality of the materials/termination.

Any old Cat5e is all you need for gigabit. I've never used anything but the cheapest cable I can find inside and outside without issue.
