Superflower 850 PSU problem

Got one of these today to replace my old 450W Corsair, when switched on get one just audible click and nothing. I looked at the pins on the psu and quite a lot seem to be inset by 2 or 3 mm. Not sure if this is normal and I have just got a duffer. Anyone got one of these and can have a look ?

Superflower PSU cables are all black so don't want to accidently blow it. Tried it on spare PC with no graphics power, the 20+4 light does not come on wheras the 20 pin power and the 4 pin cpu lights up, so am sure it is a duffer, rma here I come.

I went from a corsair 1200 it died.got this Wednesday exellent psu if u are a modded it's got cool white led lights on it nice psu never heard of super flower before but been reading peeps stuff about and that mde me buy it I got the 1300 one.

That's just normal, mine is the same...

Thanks for that. I will have a look at new one when it comes, hopefully it will work out of the box.
