Superhub problem

I had the virgin media superhub installed a couple of months ago, it looks really good but there are some questions/problems.

1. Why does the blue light at the top sometimes turn to green, is it to do with range?
2. Why does the router decide to reset itself every morning?

The last point is very annoying and sometimes it does it randomly during the day.

Any solutions?

The blue light should be always on(not green) so it looks like you are having drop out problems.
Check your power levels and contact VM on 150 they will most likely send you a new hub.
