I know a ton of threads exist bashing the superhub, I myself have generally found it to be fine, I just want to know if i'm thinking along the right lines, essentially once a few things fire up that user the interwebs (specifically a game and skype for example) everything seems to start lagging and falling over, I know the hub has three other devices which are on and in use connected by wire and atleast one device connecte wirelessly, Is it crazy to perhaps say the device is simply not able to do whats being asked of it with 4 devices wired and one wirelessly?

That has been my experience with the superhub. In scenarios where latency isnt an issue such as streaming media, any modest usage by other connections always lead to constant buffering despite ample bandwidth. They shutdown/stop and problem went away. In our case it was the weakness of the superhubs wireless.
