I do my shopping from the comfort of my home by ordering it online most of the time, or go at times that aren't busy. Saturday afternoons are the worst.

Yeah I edited my post to say I go at less busy times too, but lol Sky News. Never had my stuff substituted or something irrelevant. Let's be honest it's only a tiny % and Sky News/news outlets loves to go on one with over the top articles.

Depends how specialist your needs are. If you're buying loaves of bread, tins of beans and potatoes there's plenty of subs available. Food to avoid allergies or similar, get subbed for the siliest items.
