Superstars V8 Racing Demo (Xbox 360)

For thoose that like your racing titles go check this game out. First thought was "who took a dump on my screen" they try to do that GRiD effect but there engine realy cant replicate good at all you end up with graphics like this

No thats not a filter thats the actual game dear me...: ( Its not too bad in motion though. Anyway You can not turn assits off in the demo but truth be told the physics and handling are actualy realy nice it feels similar to race pro but without the idiotic AI and horrible frame rates. Computer AI supirsed me there very clever at coming inside and blocking and will also fight eachother. Turning rain on makes the game look much nicer and it effects handling a lot more than race pro.

Tried the Demo, did 1 race, won by a mile, deleted it, thought it was pap.

Are you sure? Not at my Xbox right now but as far as I remember you can turn everything off.

The handling seemed nice but as others said it had to be on hard difficulty to be any sort of challenge.

realy i could not find any settings for it? I dont think its bad game to be fair probably better than race pro

I think it's in either the race options or the difficulty settings (instead of going straight to setting up a race go to the options menu first).

You can turn off 'assists' from Game Option (or is that 'options') on the main screen, then when you race, you need to set the AI to 'legend'..

Still, it's pretty PAP.. The handling/physics is just pure 'arcade', not in the sense of unlimited grip, but the way it deals with losing grip etc is the same almost every time.. there isn't much goning on under the 'hood' in this game!

Did they release 355 challenge for the 360, better off with a copy of that if you've never played it
