A few promo codes if your ordering from MyProtein.

Spend £60+ and use code MUSC1 - £5 off.

Spend £75+ and use code MUSC2 - £10 off.

Spend £100+ and use code MUSC3 - £20 off.

I used the MUSC3 code earlier this morning and it worked fine.

As I said yesterday, Almond butter doesn't go on toast because it's too runny. So bought 2 lots of PB from BP at 15:31 yesterday, arrived just now. Great service. I will let you know how it compares to MP.
Haven't tried MP PB but I have got the almond butter, good lord it's the driest thing I've ever tasted.

So funny giving someone a tablespoon full of almond butter and watching the panic on their face as every droplet of moisture is instantly soaked up :D

Just to jump in... I've been reading the first few pages then skipped to the end. I'm going to have a proper sit down and read the rest at a later date. I've seen the last few pages about 'myprotein' and was looking to buy some items from there.

Just a heads up really, got back into the gym recently, I'm 10st3, quite lean for my average height (5.10?) I feel so going to try bulking up again. Whilst I was away over Summer working on a farm in Oz I was eating nothing but meat and doing a proper workout daily which saw me bulk up a lot. However, from Sept-Dec I've not been consuming the same volume of protein, nor been to the gym.

Would you guys recommend the 1kg bags of 'impact whey protein' ? It seems particularly affordable.

No point buying the smaller bags if you are going to be consistent. 5kg is much easier and cheaper.

MP386782 when you sign up for 5% off your first order :p

Consider it done when I do :) Thanks. So the impact whey protein bags are all good yes? I'll get a shaker bottle too.
