Only sup I can tell devo works, never have issues with dry skin or joints :)
 
I've used centrum performance vitamins for a while now :) quite like them and do notice when I'm off them.

I take 1 every 2-3 days as I eat pretty well. As for omega 3 that's one thing I don't get enough of imo and I currently take 3 a day though might up that a little.

I got one chucked in with my last order - was tied to my account. Probably what has happened with Azza to. If however there is a 10% code floating round please make it known :D

Bit of a shame the bundles have gone back up to normal price at 19.99 they were quite epic
 
Igf-1 is nothing special, just look for taste and macro's that is what counts.

I do look for probiotics otherwise my pipes rattle.

Anyone tried mp assault, got me a tub coming but can't use it until i refeed.
